2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once work has commenced, including:
- Completed manuscript ghostwriting projects
- Finalized illustrations or designs
- Audiobook production once recording has begun
- Custom author website development after approval of initial designs

4. Evaluation and Resolution
Our team will review the request and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include:
